Director of CIMT, Mr. Firdaus Dahlan, was invited by the International Rubber Research and Development (IRRDB) to attend the Committee of Experts (COE) Meeting in Bangunan Getah Asli, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 27 November 2023. The Director briefed the meeting on the current progress of IMT-GT Rubber Cities and Rubber Industry cooperation, and how international collaboration can play role in strengthening IMT-GT rubber cooperation and assist member countries to achieve the objective of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on IMT-GT Rubber Cities and Rubber Industry Cooperation to increase natural rubber consumption, capacity development, and explore ways to develop high-value added natural rubber products that can benefitting member countries.
